Using this website (visiting or purchasing products) implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. To make the best use of the site, it is recommended to read the terms and conditions carefully.

This website is maintained and managed by SC Living Solutions SRL, which is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of websites accessed via links from this site (commercial or advertising links). The owners of those websites bear full responsibility for their content.
Liability
SC Living Solutions SRL does not assume responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of products purchased through this site.
Images on the website are provided for informational purposes only; the actual delivered products may have minor differences (color, accessories, appearance, etc.).
Living Solutions SRL and its suppliers are not responsible for printing or display errors regarding prices, features, images, etc.
If the price or certain characteristics of a product were entered incorrectly in our database or displayed incorrectly, and the delivery has not yet been made, the company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of that product and notify the customer as soon as possible about the error.
The sale price printed on the invoice will be the same as that confirmed by the sales consultant when the order was confirmed as firm. There is no minimum order price.
All products come with a warranty certificate issued by the importer or supplier.
Living Solutions SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, according to the law.
The customer is obliged to accept the package and pay for it. Refusal to accept the package after it has been shipped will make the customer responsible for all courier charges.
Package Inspection
Upon receipt, the customer should inspect the package. If the package shows signs of mishandling (dents, deep scratches, etc.), please refuse delivery and complete a report with the delivery agent, and contact us immediately.
Return Conditions
According to current legislation, individual customers may return a product within 14 days of receipt. We also extend this benefit to corporate customers.
To return a product, the customer must send it back intact with all accessories.
The product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of damage, scratches, excessive use, or use other than its intended purpose.
If the product is not in its original packaging with all necessary documents and accessories, or shows signs of dirt, the refund value may be reduced or the return may be refused.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the product.
Returns sent via the Romanian Post will not be accepted.
The return period expires if the product is not received within 5 working days after the end of the legal return period of 14 days.
Products in the following categories cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Printer consumables and printers – unless sealed
- Batteries and accumulators – unless sealed
- Memory cards and USB drives – unless sealed
- Software, licenses (new or renewal), or any other form of software – unless sealed
All goods are new, in original packaging, and sourced from authorized distributors or the respective manufacturers.
Warranty
Goods sold by www.kssolutions.ro, depending on their type, are covered by warranty according to applicable legislation and the manufacturers’ commercial policies.
- Warranty period for individuals: 2 years
- Warranty period for companies: 1 year
This period may be extended depending on the product and/or manufacturer.
Security and Fraud
Any attempt to access www.kssolutions.ro without authorization or any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.
Any conflicts between LIVING SOLUTIONS SRL and customers will be attempted to resolve amicably. If this is not possible, Romanian law applies, and competent courts in Romania have jurisdiction.
By purchasing any product via www.kssolutions.ro, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the above terms and conditions. Use of the site implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
The site operates in compliance with all legal provisions of the Romanian State.
