1. Right of Return
In accordance with current Romanian and European legislation, you have the right to return products ordered on kssolutions.ro within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Conditions for Return
To be accepted, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and unaltered;
  • Be in the original packaging, with all labels attached;
  • Be returned together with the invoice or receipt.

Products that are damaged or improperly used cannot be accepted for return.

3. Return Procedure

  • Send an email to contact@kssolutions.ro or contact us by phone at [phone number], specifying your order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to package and ship the product back to our office.
  • The product must be sent within 14 days of our notification.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a full refund of the amount paid, including applicable taxes (excluding initial shipping costs).
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the package.

5. Products Not Accepted for Return

  • Customized or made-to-order products;
  • Products that are damaged or improperly used;
  • Products with damaged seals or original packaging.

6. Defective Products or Wrong Delivery

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement product or a refund at no additional cost to you.
